The second half of the trip was spent visiting various beaches in the daytime, and hitting the same downtown at nighttime. By our third and fourth nights, Neta and I had already made some close friends. We befriended two local college students studying tourism, and exchanged our cultures while making fun memories! We ate a lot of seafood after the first two or so days, and two of our meals were actually Japanese! (A few days away from the Bay Area and the Asian food cravings had already hit us hard.)
