A Different View

I enjoy some quiet self-company in the fall, when the colors of the leaves change and the blanket of night falls early. We all love our alone time, whether we use it to organize, think, dream, or just silently observe and admire surroundings.  Since no one really knows I wear glasses, I always feel distanced or aloof when wearing them (even though I look a bit dorky). I know it throws people off, and changes my appearance and the image I give. I think my glasses serve as a good shield for when I want a personal bubble around me. They give the look a touch of impartiality.

I love the swish of my ponytail and the rich red of this cardigan from Choies; these sensations warm the little introverted world inside of my head. Isn’t it amazing how you can fall in love with certain characteristics of clothing and accessory pieces? I love experiencing different feelings with different clothing styles, textures and elements.
