Tights Wraphilosophy/ Bracelet Angelic Spark/ Cardigan Choies
There are so many fun ways to dress up basic clothing pieces that can result in a multitude of different outfit outcomes! For example, in this outfit, I paired a simple white long sleeve shirt with a black pencil skirt. To spice things up, I threw on a deep red longline cardigan, adorable tights, and some jewelry with different tones and amounts of delicacy. This gave a simple outfit a more “put-together” look; I was ready to hit the stores at Santana Row wearing this.
I love these fun tights from Wraphilosophy! They not only jazz up the outfit, but they also add a layer of warmth. Tights are crucial for me in the winter, because I love wearing shorts and skirts, but am extremely susceptible to the cold. I use tights to shift my summer-y wardrobe preferences into clothing that is wearable in the winter as well. I love the simplistic color tones of this outfit. I don’t wear red, white, and black nearly as often as the combination deserves to be worn! For my jewelry, I mixed and matched some gold and gunmetal silver. The darker silver tones of my earrings and statement necklace match, while the lighter gold and silver tones in my bracelets add a more upbeat vibe to the outfit. This bracelet spoke out to me because it also allows you to pick your birthstone. I love things related to my birthday, such as my zodiac sign, horoscope, birthstone, etc. My eyes are always on the lookout for jewelry that symbolizes one of these identifications.
