Pictures taken by my friend in the visual arts department, Sharon! Her camera is a Canon Rebel T5i. I really like the lighting in these pictures. We always sit at this one table on the balcony outside the Calarts cafe. Meet some of my friends! We’re all pretty wacky.

California Adventure Park!
Here’s the picture taken of us on California Screamin’! (I think that’s what it was called, right?) I remember the last time I went, which was years ago, I took this ride with my dad at night, and it was lit up and soo beautiful. It was Tron-esque, and back then, shaped in a Micky Mouse shape. I think they changed the ride. It also looks really different in the day.
Here’s a picture of me, Sharon, Hajung, Goofy, and Pluto!!! I was super happy to get a picture with some characters finally!! We took this right as we entered California Adventure Park. So fun! My Minnie Mouse ears match so well with the whole comical feeling of the picture. ^^
The picture on the left is the Hollywood Tower. The stone plaque says Hollywood Tower, but at certain angles, you can see the words “Tower of Terror.” I think it’s clever. I almost missed it at first. On the right is a picture of me at one painted wall in the park. I like this picture because I’m the only tourist in it!
Here we are on the Mickey Mouse ferris wheel. We were on one of the moving gondolas, so it was a lot of fun.
Those were basically some highlights of our AMAZING day. The rides were amazing, the food was good (we ate pretzels, a HUGE turkey leg among the three of us, and many chocolate covered frozen bananas), and Disney is just a beautiful concept in general. The only downside was there were a lot of people, and most of them didn’t know how to walk like civilized people. I also wish I had brought my higher quality Canon camera, but I probably would have lost it there.

Disneyland Part 2 !
Hey! Here comes my second post on Disneyland! (I thought it’d be more visually appealing if I made two separate posts.) We spent the first half of the day in Disneyland, and the second half of the day we spent at California adventure.
Here’s me, Hajung, and Sharon on space mountain. Space Mountain is my FAVORITE ride ever, no discussion. I debated hard on being an astronaut for the next hour after I got off that ride. I love the concept of not really seeing where we’re going, I think it’s something that more rides should incorporate. Also, the stars and light tunnel were super trippy and basically made me feel like I had a seizure the whole time, but in a completely AWESOME way.
I wore my Minnie Mouse ears around with me all day! They started to hurt my head at the end of the day though. I think I’m going to give them to my cousin when I get back home. (Or my sister actually)
Here are some really bad quality pictures of the parade! I loved the parade, it was a great ending to Disneyland! I also felt the actresses/actors they hired for the different characters really looked similar to their role. The makeup probably had a big deal to do with it too, but I thought it was a great representation!
Here are the three of us again! The picture on the left was taken in line for the big mickey mouse ferris wheel. The picture on the right was taken in one of the stores. The Pooh Bear and Eeyore plushies were so damn cute, but cost a lot, so I didn’t get one 🙁
Basically it was a great day!
