Hey guys! If any has ever been in a classroom setting with you, you’ll know that I’m very into my accessories. This isn’t exclusive to fashion accessories, in fact, I devote a lot more time and energy to finding the perfect notebooks. pencil cases, planners, and phone cases! When I switched from my Moto X Android to an iPhone 5s, I felt overwhelmed by the new world of phone cases that had suddenly opened in my horizon. Thankfully for me, Caseapp sent me a phonewarming present: a customized iphone case! I love the idea of customized phone cases so much that it actually became one of my company pitches at an entrepreneurship camp I attended last summer at Babson. I think in our increasingly technological and impersonal world, it is important to put in some personal touches whenever we can. Life is all about the little moments and things that you see here and there and stick to your mind; why not spice up the scene with an adorable phone case? And so, my “No Dream too Small” phone case was born!
I picked a beautiful white-sakura-against-blue-sky background for the phone case. For those of you who are long term readers of my blog, you might know that the sky is one of my favorite things. I thought it would be very suitable to take a piece of the sky and put it on something that I carry around with me everywhere. The quote, “No Dream too Small” is something i completely made up. (I was going with “No Happiness too Small” originally, but that was too lengthy, and aesthetics are important hehe.) The idea behind this phrase is that I want to take the time to achieve my little dreams as well. I am someone who has a million dreams and goals, but I tend to go towards the “bigger” ones. However, I’m realizing that the scale of your dream is not neccessarily equivalent to the happiness you achieve by reaching it. This is why this year, I want to dedicate some more time to achieving some of my smaller dreams, like becoming fluent in Japanese, baking the perfect cake, and checking certain things off my eccentric bucket list.
It made me so happy when one of my friends was looking at my phone in class and said it was “so [me] and basically [me] in a nutshell.” I think that’s exactly what a phone case should be!
A last thank you to Caseapp, the wonderful phone customization company that gifted me this phone case because it has made my iphone experience all the happier. They also offer customization for a variety of other tech devices and phone models, so don’t fret if you want your own customized case for a different device! Be sure to check them out, especially if you are in need of an amazing phone or tech accessory case.
