Hi guys!!
How have your holidays been so far? 🙂
I went on a two day trip to San Francisco with my family and some friends. We live close to San Francisco, but the parents thought it’d be fun to stay overnight there at a hotel.
I love San Francisco, so it was definitely good by me. We started our trip at the Westfield mall at Union Square. The thing I find so weird about Union Square is that there are multiple stores of the same brands within blocks of another. I don’t know why they do that. Does it draw more customers or something?
Anyway, the sales were decent, and I had some late Christmas/birthday present shopping to do. I bought a few things for myself, but most of my money was spent on presents!
Here are the things I got (for myself) from left to right:
Tank dress from Cotton On
Top from Abercrombie
Casual baseball tee from aerie
Harem lounge pants from F21
And here is part of a present I bought for Tiffany from Sephora!
There’s a Korres body and lip butter set, a Sephora lotion/cleanser/toner? set, and a Hello Kitty makeup pouch. So kawaii <3
I also bought some video games and tights, but I didn’t include those in the picture haha
I was really excited to go and visit the Uniqlo that just opened in San Francisco!!!!
I love Uniqlo and being in the store really brings back memories from Japan and China!
The store was really crowded. The displays for the store were really cute! The mannequins wore one color, and they were arranged in color order. I think Uniqlo is very chic and clean, but it’s a bit too simple for my taste. Most of the things I own from Uniqlo are basics, like shirts and cardigans, and a few tights/leggings.
We ate a super early dinner and rushed back to our hotel to drop off our shopping bags. Then we walked back to the plaza area of Union Square (with the hearts and the huge Macys), just in time for our 6pm cable car tour!
It was already dark, and we took a relaxing two hour cable car ride around San Francisco. The nightview of big cities are really something else!
Our cable car stopped at the Fairmont Hotel on Mason Street. Oh my god, I want to stay there one night, it’s so beautiful!
In the lobby, there was a huge Christmas tree and a real gingerbread house!!! It was great.
The cable car brought us back to Union Square, and we walked to our hotel from there.
That brought an end to the first day of the trip!
Here’s a selfie, wishing you all a great winter break!
Stay tuned!!
